Challenge Strategy[]
Yet another event with changed round pools. However, only specific rounds feature the wormholes that you need to go through - these are explicitly denoted with "Warped" before their name. In general, just hope that the game selects them.
This time, there's a fully strict order to pretty much everything. Start with these four first:
- Use Wormholes 300 times in Solo Show - everyone in the Show can help
- Use Wormholes 300 times in Duos or Squads Show - everyone in the Show can help
- Qualify from WARPED Rounds in Solo Show 6 times
- Qualify from WARPED Rounds in Duos or Squads Show 6 times
Again, this makes Duos or Squads mandatory for this event. These are, as always, better with a premade group, but can still be completed with random teammates (with siginificantly more difficulty). Notably, this is the first occurrence of community-based challenges, where everyone's usage of the wormholes counts towards everyone's challenges.
When this set of four is done, work on this set of four:
- Play WARPED Race Rounds in Solo, Duos, or Squads Show 7 times
- Play WARPED Team Rounds in Duos or Squads Show 1 time
- Play WARPED Survival Rounds in Solo, Duos, or Squads Show 4 times
- Play WARPED Hunt Rounds in Solo, Duos, or Squads Show 2 times
At the least, you only have to play these rounds, and not qualify from them. While the Team round challenge unfortunately necessitates Duos or Squads again, the rest can be completed in Solo if you'd rather play alone. In fact, the Hunt round challenge necessitates Solo Show as it will not appear in Duos or Squads (making the challenge description a misnomer).
Finally, you just have these two left to tackle:
- Qualify from WARPED Rounds within 60 seconds in Solo, Duos, or Squads Show 6 times
- Reach a WARPED Final Round in Solo, Duos, or Squads Show 2 times
While finishing the challenges before this set, try to get a feel for how long each warped variant takes to finish, and attempt to prioritise qualifying quickly from those rounds once you get it. By nature, some rounds are definitely impossible to complete the 'within 60 seconds' challenge due to how long they are, but the others are possible if you can get a clean run in and/or RNG is favourable.
