Wham Bam Boom is one of the creative rounds in Fall Guys. It is a gauntlet-like COURSE level and was first introduced in Season 4.
Course description[]
Wham Bam Boom is a round that primarily focuses on the player's use of Boom Blasters to take shortcuts but also features optional precision-based sections which involves traversing the alternating Conveyor Belts, and avoiding the many Punching Gloves and Pendulums throughout the course.
The first section is simple; the player simply needs to use one of the three Boom Blasters on the floor, to reach the checkpoint which is placed on a height.
The second section begins with two alternate routes; the player can either use the Boom Blaster in the center to jump across the large gap or can take the side paths which feature two Punching Gloves each. Afterwards, Conveyor Belts which take the player right and left need to be used to reach another two side paths, featuring one Punching Glove each. There is then another segment featuring Conveyor Belts which take the player left and right, before two Boom Blasters can once again be used to reach the next checkpoint.
The third section once again begins with two alternates, yet more difficult routes; the player can either use the two Boom Blasters in the center to once again jump across the large gap, while avoiding the large fan in the center, or can take the side paths which feature two Pendulums each, alongside a backwards facing Conveyor Belt which aims to slow the player down.
The fourth section features two unique alternate paths; the player can take the left path, which consists of a Conveyor Belt which faces left, slanted paths which contain two Boom Blasters each, and Punching Gloves which prevent movement in the center. There is also a quicker yet increasingly risky right path, which consists of four spaced out platforms and two Boom Blasters on each to allow the player to bounce from platform to platform.
The fifth and final section is relatively simple; the player simply needs to avoid the two Pendulums while moving slowly across the backwards facing Conveyor Belt. Two Boom Blasters are then present, which is the only way to reach the finish line which is on a height.
Course strategy[]
In the first section, prioritize the Boom Blaster closest to your starting position. If the Boom Blaster is about to activate and you are not standing on it, keep a small distance to prevent being knocked backwards and potentially falling over.
In the second section, using the Boom Blaster in the middle path will allow you to skip past the two slower Punching Gloves on the left and right side, as these may activate and block what may seem like a straightforward path. Simply go as fast as possible during the rest of this section, and once again prioritize the Boom Blaster closest to your position to reach the checkpoint.
In the third section, using the Boom Blasters in the middle path is once again faster, and immediately allows you to reach the checkpoint. Simply dodge the large fan while bouncing to the checkpoint and ignore the Conveyor Belt paths as these decrease your overall movement speed.
In the fourth section, the right path has more of a risk involved with it, but it is recommended to take this path as the Boom Blasters once again allow you to skip the Punching Gloves which may activate and prevent movement. Just watch out for any direct collision with other players while bouncing, as this may slow you down and cause you to fall down.
In the fifth and final section, simply run and jump across the linear Conveyor Belt to gain maximum speed, before prioritizing the Boom Blaster on the left to reach the finish line.
