Twitch Rivals is a special playlist mode in Fall Guys.
It is a time-limited mode, with the first instance running from 23 March 2021. The playlist was setup for the Fall Guys Season 4 (Legacy) Launch Twitch Rivals event occurring on 23 March 2021. Because of its nature, it is unlikely this mode will be back, at least until the next Twitch Rivals event.
