The Tool Up Update also known as the 10.5 update, was a major update released on 7 November 2023 proceeding the Fall Force Update and was succeeded by the Power Party Update.

This update increased the Budget Points from 1000 to 2000, and also adding Object Overlapping and a Music Selector for Fall Guys Creative. It also added new rounds, cosmetics, bug fixes and unvaulted some rounds & the release of the Fabulous Feast Fame Pass.

Vault Changes

The following rounds were previously vaulted during the Fall Force Update and have been unvaulted in the Tool Up Update:

• Big Shots, Fruit Chute (Solos and Duos Only), Pegwin Pursuit (Duos and Squads Only), Short Circuit (Solos Only), The Slimescraper, and Volleyfall.

The following rounds were previously available during the Fall Force Update and have been removed 3 days after the beginning of the Tool Up Update:

• Airborne Antics, Beans Ahoy!, Clifftop Capers, Coming Together, Cube Corruption, and Data Streams, Digi Trek, Firewall Finale, Fan Flingers, Heartfall Heat, In the Groove, Out and About, Parkour Panic, Pink Parade, Prideful Path, Rainbow Rise, Shortcut Links, Square Up, Tunnel of Love, Uphill Struggle, Waveway Splits, and Wham Bam Boom.

The following rounds were already vaulted during the Fall Force Update and remained in the vault for the Tool Up Update:

• Bounce Party, Bubble Trouble, Cosmic Highway, Egg Scramble, Egg Siege, Freezy Peak, Gentle Gauntlet, Gigabyte Gauntlet, Hoarders, Hoop Chute, Hoopsie Daisy, Hyperdrive Heroes, Knight Fever, Lane Changers, Pixel Painters (FINAL only), Power Trip, Rock 'n' Roll, Roll On, Runner Beans, Scythes & Roundabouts, Ski Fall, Slide Showdown, Space Race, Speed Circuit, Spinner Sprint, and Upload Heights.

The following rounds had some vault changes for Classic Knockout in Custom Show:

• Egg Scramble**, Hoarders*, Hoopsie Daisy** Rock 'n' Roll*, See Saw*** and Tail Tag***.

The following rounds are the only rounds in total of 63 to possibly appear in core shows during the Tool Up Update:

Changes to Fall Guys Creative

The following additions and changes were made in Creative during the Tool Up Update:

• Building Budget was increased from 1000 to 2000 for more objects to be placed in a level.

• The Music Selector was added to the Level Rules, featuring all Fall Guys Level Soundtracks.

• Object Overlapping was added to the Tools Tab, with almost all objects being overlap compatible. Some objects are not compatible, such as Start and Finish Lines.

• The Winter Skybox was added to the Skybox Selector.

Notes

• Previously in the Fall Force Update, there was a bug with Blast Balls where they would explode earlier than expected, this was fixed in the Tool Up Update.
• Also in the Fall Force Update, there was another bug where auto-grab would be on even if the player turned it off, this was also fixed in the Tool Up Update
• This is the first monthly update to release alongside a Fame Pass, being the Fabulous Feast Fame Pass.
• Strangely enough, many bug fixes were related to some unused cosmetics in the Tool Up Update's blog post.
• This update was followed by a minor content update to enable the unvaulted rounds, this content update has also vaulted the rounds that were unvaulted in the Fall Force Update in Solos and Duos.
  • This was shortly fixed and reverted and the rounds are back to the shows.
• By the end of the Fall Force Update, Tip Toe Finale was available exclusively in Duos. At the launch of this update it became available exclusively in Squads. This was later fixed in a content update, and Tip Toe Finale has been available in both shows ever since.
• At the start of this update, Fruit Chute was only added back to Solos and Squads. It eventually was added back to Duos as well, but then got removed from Squads again.
• As of 10 November 2023, all creator-made Creative rounds were removed from Solos. They can still be played via code however.
• This is the first update to not introduce any new objects or obstacles to Fall Guys Creative.
• This was the first update to not feature a trailer.
