{{quote|Tiptoe Finale sees up to four [[squads]], well, tip-toeing their way to victory. You’ve got to be real careful with this one—coz one wrong step could send you tumbling into the cosmos. First to reach the [[Crown]] at the arena’s middle, wins.|Official blogpost ({{date|2022-09-12}})}} {{Infobox round | image = Splash_TipToeFinale.png | icon = Icon TipToeFinale.png | type = Final | objective = Grab the crown! | desc = Work together to race across the tiles to reach the crown first! | how-to = Work together to race across the tiles to reach the crown first! | designer = Leigh Bailey Max Boyle | min-players = 2 | max-players = 8 | qualify = First | duration = 05:00 | added = Season 2 | added-date = 2022-09-15 | no-main = yes | players-note = [[Squads]]) <br> 8 - 8 <br> ([[Duos]] | soundtrack = [[Satellite Scramble (song)|Satellite Scramble]] }} '''{{PAGENAME}}''', also known as '''Tiptoe Finale''', is one of the [[levels]] in {{FG}}. It is a {{round|type|final}} level and was first introduced in [[Season 2]]. It was first revealed in a blog on {{date|2022-09-12}}.<ref>https://www.fallguys.com/en-US/news/fall-guys-season-2-satellite-scramble-announcement</ref> ==Course description== This map features four islands serving as the starting locations for the participating squads. Each island has a bridge of [[Tile|tiles]] (8 tiles wide, 20 tiles long) connecting it to a central island, which possesses the [[crown]]. Much like the original Tip Toe round, some of the tiles can be walked on and others will disappear when stepped on, causing the player to tumble. Players must work together with their squadmates to determine the correct path across the tile bridge to reach the crown first. The central island has a stack of four rotating rings with a [[Bumpers|bouncy]] surface, the crown ascending and descending above it. Each ring has blue platforms that must be jumped on to reach the flat surface on the top of the structure, from which the crown can be grabbed. There are also four [[Cannon|cannons]] within the arena, each with an associated green button on the starting islands. Whenever a player steps on the button, the cannon will shoot a [[projectile]] onto the tile bridge belonging to their squad, showing whether the tiles it lands on are real or fake. The aim of the cannon oscillates back and forth, so timing is necessary to reveal the nature of specific tiles on the board. In a contrived scenario, if 5 minutes passes without anyone grabbing the crown, the round times out and everyone is eliminated. In rare cases, because the game does not break ties, multiple players can win if the game adjudges them to have grabbed the crown at the same time. {{anchor|Alternate versions}} ===Variations=== {|class="sortable mw-collapsible mw-collapsed wikitable" style="text-align: center;" |+ style="background: rgba(var(--accent-color-rgb), 1);padding:5px;white-space:nowrap;" |[[Variations]] !Name !Availability ![[Season]] introduced !Description !Picture |- |Squads Version |Vaulted | rowspan="2" |[[Season 2]] |Used to be the Standard version in [[Squads]]; no [[Hover Platforms]]. |[[File:TipToeFinale Arena2.png|200x200px]] |- |Duos Version |Available; in [[Duos]] |Standard version in [[Duos]]; 4 [[Hover Platform]]s per lane, in sets of two. |[[File:TipToeFinale Arena1.png|200x200px]] |- |''Trios Version'' |Available; in [[Squads]] |? |Current Standard version in [[Squads]]; 1 [[Hover Platform]] per lane. |[[File:TipToeFinale Arena3.png|200x200px]] |- | rowspan="2" |Warped Tip Toe Finale |Vaulted; only ever in [[Squads]] in [[Wormhole Wanderers Shows|Wormhole Wanderers]] | rowspan="2" |[[Season 2.2]] |Green and yellow [[Wormhole]]s are lined next to each lane, these allow for easier transport to the front. Larger blue and red Wormholes are also added beneath the lanes, these propel players forward. |[[File:TipToeFinale Screenshot7.png|200x200px]] |- |Vaulted; only ever in [[Duos]] in [[Wormhole Wanderers Shows|Wormhole Wanderers]] |Two large green and two large yellow moving [[Wormhole]]s replace the [[Hover Platform]]s in each lane. |[[File:TipToeFinale Screenshot8.png|200x200px]] |} == Course strategy == Unlike its predecessor {{round|link|Tip Toe}}, playing carefully is not recommended. Keep moving forward to reveal more and more of the path for you and your teammates. You can also try to jump-dive so your fall guy's arm hits the tile and revealing if its fake or not without falling and respawning back at the start. Keeping track of where the path is in your head is recommended. Additionally, if you manage to catch a glimpse of your opponents, observe their path as well- every team's path is exactly the same, so if they are ahead, copy their movements. Again, unlike Tip Toe, the last two rows of tiles may not always be in the same column. However, it is possible to bypass the last row of tiles entirely by jumping and diving. In addition, keep in mind that you can jump and dive across a gap of two tiles, which can help you reach the end of the path faster. When you reach the center, climb up the rotating blocks. Keep in mind that you can jump and dive up to the third block from the first one, and from the third up to the top. Be sure to use the grab button to latch on to the crown for your squad! == Known bugs == '''Player spawn overlap*''' :As of {{date|2022-10-20}}, a bug could occur where multiple squads could spawn on the same area, with one player of each squad occupying 2 spawn points. ::This bug was exclusive to the Warped version of this round, and only available in [[Duos Show]]. '''No ending path*''' :As of {{date|2023-10-03}}, a bug could occur where the last four rows of tiles would all be fake, making it impossible for players to reach the Crown, resulting into both teams losing. As the bug was only exclusive to [[Squads]], a content update removed the round from the show a day after being unvaulted. <nowiki>*</nowiki>This name is a conjectural name and has not been somewhat uniformly agreed upon. == Medal thresholds == *Gold - Winner! *No medal - Eliminated == History == '''Released in [[Season 2]]''' {| class="wikitable" |+History of {{PAGENAME}} !Season !Status !Map Theme |- |[[Season 2]] |'''Active''' |Standard and alternate versions available only in [[Squads Show]] and [[Duos Show]] |- |[[Season 3]] |'''Not Present''' |Vaulted from all shows and removed from the game entirely |- |[[Season 4]] |'''Not Present''' |Vaulted from all shows and removed from the game entirely |- |[[Summer Breeze Update]] |'''Not Present''' |Vaulted from all shows and removed from the game entirely |- |[[Fall Force Update]] |'''Active''' |Standard versions available only in [[Duos Show|Duos]] due to the round having a bug in [[Squads]] (See above) |- |[[Tool Up Update]] |'''Active''' |Standard versions available only in [[Squads]] and [[Duos]] |- |[[Power Party Update]] |'''Active''' |Standard versions available only in [[Squads]] and [[Duos]] |- |[[Shapes and Stickers Update]] |'''Active''' |Standard versions available only in [[Squads]] and [[Duos]] |- |[[Survival Update]] |'''Active''' |Standard versions available only in [[Squads]] and [[Duos]] |- |[[Fall Forever Update]] |'''Active''' |Standard versions available only in [[Squads]] and [[Duos]]. In this round's case, since that show is a Solo-based show and Tip Toe Finale is only supported in Squads, it is not available. *As of the [[Fall Force Update]], Tip Toe Finale is the last Final round to be unvaulted, meaning all Finals are now present in the game. *As of the Fall Force Update, the Squads version is currently using a third variant which looks similar to the Duos version, except there is only one gap and [[Hover Platform]], located in the middle of the tiles. This is most likely meant to be the [[Trios]] version. ==Names in other languages== {| class="wikitable" |+ !Language !Name |- |Chinese (Simplified) |决胜之踮 (''Juéshèng zhī diǎn'') |- |Chinese (Traditional) |踮踮腳尖決賽 (''Diǎn diǎn jiǎojiān juésài'') |- | French |Finale sur la Pointe des Pieds |- |German |Zehen-Spitzen-Finale |- |Italian |In Punta di Piedi: La Finale |- | Japanese |ヒヤヒヤロードファイナル (''Hiyahiya Rōdo Fainaru'') |- |Korean |살금 살금 피날레 (''Salgeum Salgeum Pinalle'') |- |Polish |Finał na Paluszkach |- |Portuguese |Na Ponta dos Pés Final |- |Russian |К Финалу на Цыпочках (''K Finalu na Tsypochkakh'') |- |Spanish |Ballet Cósmico |- |Spanish (Latin America) |Ballet Cósmico |} ==Gallery== <gallery caption="Early Concept"> File:Icon TipTopFinale.png|Early Development Round Icon File:FG Art early Tip Toe Finale.jpg|Concept Art found on Mediatonic artist Tomas Navika's Artstation Page File:TipToeFinaleProj.jpg|Concept art of the projectiles shot out on Tip Toe Finale, by Tomas Navikas on Artstation </gallery> <gallery caption="Layout and Gameplay"> File:TipToeFinale Arena2.png|The arena layout used in Squads Show File:TipToeFinale Arena1.png|The arena layout used in Duos Show File:TipToeFinale Arena3.png|The arena layout used in Squads Show as of the [[Fall Force Update]] File:TipToeFinale Screenshot1.png|Preview of the crown section (Squads Show) File:TipToeFinale Screenshot2.png|Tip Toe Finale's starting point File:TipToeFinale Screenshot3.png|One of the projectiles revealing the tiles File:TipToeFinale Screenshot4.png|Preview of the crown section (Duos Show) File:TipToeFinale Screenshot5.png|Navigating the correct tiles File:TipToeFinale Screenshot6.png|The moving platform, which only shows up in Duos Show File:TipToeFinale Screenshot9.png|A variant being used as the Squads version as of the Fall Force Update File:TipToeFinale Screenshot7.png|Warped Tip Toe Finale in Squads Show, during [[Wormhole Wanderers]] File:TipToeFinale Screenshot8.png|Warped Tip Toe Finale in Duos Show, during Wormhole Wanderers </gallery> ==See also== *{{Round|link|Tip Toe}}, the {{Round|type|Race}} variant of this level. *{{Round|link|Fall Mountain}} and {{Round|link|Lost Temple}}, which also feature a grabbable [[Crown]]. ==References== <references /> {{Navbox MT rounds}}
