Themes are the settings in which different Levels take place in Fall Guys. Some themes have a direct connection to the lore.
Classic Level themes[]
There are currently 10 themes in classic Levels.
Original[]
Original-themed Levels take place in a grassland at midday. Trees, mountains, and clouds are seen in the background. Lakes of slime are present. Levels of this theme were predominantly introduced in Season 1 (Legacy).
Medieval[]

Knight Fever, a Medieval-themed Level
Medieval-themed Levels are based on imagery from the Middle Ages, such as fortified towers and wooden objects. Their setting is the same as the Original theme, except they take place at sunset, and slime lakes are far less common. Levels of this theme were introduced in Season 2 (Legacy).
Winter[]

Tundra Run, a Winter-themed Level
In Winter-themed Levels, snow constantly falls, much like the real-life season of the same name. Their setting is similar to the Original theme, except they take place at sunrise, the ground is blue, and slime lakes are found under ice. Levels of this theme were introduced in Season 3 (Legacy). Some more were introduced in the Winter Update; these are more closely based on the holiday season.
Future[]
Future-themed Levels take inspiration from the cyberpunk subgenre of science fiction. They take place in a city at night, in the in-universe fictional year of 4041.[1][2] In Classic Levels, the setting is naturally dark, and numerous bright lights illuminate the place; in Creative Levels, light is provided naturally despite the time of day. Slime lakes are present, and small planets are found in the sky. Levels of this theme were introduced in Season 4 (Legacy).
Jungle[]

Pegwin Pool Party, a Jungle-themed Level
Jungle-themed Levels take place in a jungle at midday, with lakes of water instead of slime. Lush green trees are found, as well as rocks and vegetables. In the sky, lots of floating stone monuments are found; some sport waterfalls. Levels of this theme were predominantly introduced in Season 5 (Legacy).
Festival[]

Party Promenade, a Festival-themed Level
Festival-themed Levels take inspiration from carnivals and amusement parks, as well as real-life festivals. They take place in a carnival at sundown. Their natural setting is the same as the Original theme, with the addition of tents and roller coasters. In the sky, Balloons are found in many shapes, such as Crowns, Fall Guys, and Sumo Chickens. Levels of this theme were introduced in Season 6 (Legacy).
Blunderdome[]
Blunderdome-themed Levels take place in a giant stadium during either daytime or dusk. A city surrounded by giant hills can be seen in the background. Levels of this theme were introduced in Season 1. This theme is also sometimes called simply "Stadium".[3]
Space[]

Cosmic Highway, a Space-themed Level
Space-themed Levels take place in outer space. They usually provide a view of the main planet, as well as other planets and the Satellite. They are based around artificial satellites. Certain Levels take place inside the Satellite, which has an artificial lake of slime inside it. Levels of this theme were predominantly introduced in Season 2.
Falloween[]

Spooky Slingers, a Falloween-themed Level
Falloween-themed Levels are based on Halloween. Their setting is similar to the Original theme. They take place at night and feature jack-o'-lanterns, pine trees, and candles in the background. Slime lakes are present but rare. Levels of this theme were predominantly introduced in the Falloween 2024 Update, but the first was introduced in Season 2.
Underwater[]
Underwater-themed Levels take place during daytime in the Lost City, an underwater location inspired by Atlantis. The Lost City consists of an underwater dome, with rocks and fish outside it. Levels in the Lost City have a "ruined" aspect to them, having eroded over time. As a result, most obstacles malfunction. Levels of this theme were predominantly introduced in Season 3.
Fall Guys Creative[]
Official themes introduced through Fall Guys Creative include Digital, Volcano, Scrapyard, a Wild West-based theme, Slime Cave, Midnight, and Yeetropolis. Most themes also have their own Colour Palettes and backgrounds, but only the Original and Digital themes are available for creators to build in. Despite this, many themes have been recreated in Creative, often through makeshift obstacles.
Trivia[]
- Sprites and text for the Medieval, Winter, and Future themes exist in the game files but go unused.
- Furthermore, strings for the Jungle and Festival themes exist, although the Festival theme is instead known as "Party".
