Swinging Axes are obstacles in Fall Guys. They were first introduced in Season 2 (Legacy).
Obstacle description[]
Swinging Axes are axes that rotate and obstruct players, similarly to Rotating Hammers. Proper timing is needed to overcome them. Coming into contact with an axe's face is usually not dangerous, but if hit by its cutting edge, a player will most likely be knocked over and fall.
In Fall Guys Creative, Swinging Axes cost 20 budget and only 50 can appear in one level.
Big Shots[]
As of Season 4.5 Dave, a Swinging Axe can appear in the middle of the see-saw on Big Shots.

Egg Siege[]
Swinging Axes appear as obstacles in Egg Siege, around the outskirts of the arena. Hitting them may cause the player to drop an Egg.

Hoopsie Legends[]
An alternate version of the round Hoopsie Legends presents axes on the outskirts of the arena and in front of the Drawbridges.

Hoverboard Heroes[]
A few Swinging Axes may appear in the Gravity Zone in Hoverboard Heroes starting from the Season 4.5 Dave update.[1]

Knight Fever[]
Swinging Axes are one of the main obstacles in Knight Fever. Three of them appear over both Holey Half-Pipes in the first section. In the next section, they will appear over See-Saws, rotating towards oncoming players. More axes may appear in the downhill slime section, and they may also be before the final Drawbridges.

The first Knight Fever section presents Swinging Axes in both platforms.

In this alternate version of Knight Fever, axes swing on the See-Saws.
Short Circuit[]
As of Season 4.5 Dave, Swinging Axes may be featured above the gates in the low gravity zone of Short Circuit.
