Punching Gloves are obstacles in Fall Guys. They were first introduced in Season 3 (Legacy).

Obstacle description[]

Punching Gloves are giant boxing gloves that come out of cubic boxes to knock players sideways or upwards, depending on which direction they face. The heads of the gloves are also cubic, and have diagonal stripes. They are usually meant to knock players over, but rarely, they are helpful for qualification.

Airtime[]

Punching gloves can be found in the center cylinder in Airtime, which are there to knock players off the Fan and out of the Scoring Zone.

Basketfall[]

As of Season 4.5 Dave, Basketfall may feature Punching Gloves next to the baskets for each team.

Bubble Trouble[]

One of the zones in Bubble Trouble features four pairs of Punching Gloves surrounding an elevated platform.

Cosmic Highway[]

On the third section of Cosmic Highway, there are Trolley Bots carrying Punching Gloves above holes.

Fall Ball[]

Starting from the 2 February 2021 Season 3 (Legacy) mid-season update, a Fall Ball variant contains Punching Gloves on the corners of the map.[1] This variation has been removed, but is preserved here for archival purposes.

Freezy Peak[]

In Freezy Peak, Punching Gloves are present in the first section and in the section with the spiral uphill.

In this section of Freezy Peak, the Punching Gloves punch the players off to the sides, possibly making them fall down and forcing them to restart the section.


Hoverboard Heroes[]

In Hoverboard Heroes, as of Season 4.5 Dave, the Flippity Bippities in the first island may be replaced with Punching Gloves. During Season 2, two hovering Trolley Bots carrying Punching Gloves are encountered just before the ending.

Jinxed[]

As of Season 3.5 (Legacy), the pendulums on Jinxed may be replaced by Punching Gloves. They simultaneously launch players upwards while blocking the path down in the "trenches".

Knight Fever[]

As of Season 3.5 (Legacy), Knight Fever may feature Punching Gloves just before the drawbridges. These can launch players upwards.

Punching Gloves were among the many possible obstacles that can show up in the rooms of Lost Temple. This variation has been removed, but is preserved here for archival purposes.

Pegwin Pool Party[]

As of Season 5.fun in Pegwin Pool Party, The smaller Blizzard Fans may be replaced by Punching Gloves. Players may stand on them in order to reach the walkway above as they extend. Doing so will not cause them to drop any Pegwin they might be carrying.

Pegwin Pursuit[]

One of the Pegwin Pursuit variants features Punching Gloves by the walkways, that will punch players down to the lower level of the arena. If the player happens to be carrying a Pegwin when they get punched, they will drop it. Just like every other obstacle in the level, the pegwins can run under the Punching Gloves.

Pipe Dream[]

Two rows of Punching Gloves appear in the first section of Pipe Dream. In Season 2, these are replaced with two Trolley Bots carrying Punching Gloves.

Roll On[]

As part of Season 4.5 Dave, certain segments of Roll On may feature Punching Gloves.

Short Circuit[]

Short Circuit has three corner sections with four Punching Gloves each coming out from the walls.

Ski Fall[]

Starting from the Season 4.5 (Legacy) update, Punching Gloves can appear in the center of the first and second ramps in Ski Fall.[2] This makes it easier to reach higher rings.

Skyline Stumble[]

Starting from the Season 4.5 (Legacy) update, Punching Gloves could appear on Skyline Stumble and will be required to proceed if players want to clear the first barriers in the high gravity zone. This variation has removed because it caused to effect appear wrongly.

Snowy Scrap[]

Punching Gloves also appear in the game Snowy Scrap. They come out of the walls and can be used to quickly move the snowballs.

As variations in the Season 3 (Legacy) mid-season update, Punching Gloves in the ground can be found covered in fake/non-collectable snow. These tiles have a more plastic texture to them while collectable snow tiles have an egg shell-like texture to them.

The Slimescraper[]

Some Punching Gloves are present in a section of The Slimescraper, while players are on a Conveyor Belt.

Tundra Run[]

In Tundra Run, there are two sections with the Punching Gloves: in the first section, the players must move through a path with six Punching Gloves on the sides. They punch players and make them go off to the sides, and may cause them to fall down. The underneath section has Punching Gloves as well. The other section consists of some of punching boxes placed vertically. These must be crossed by jumping on them. Players punched while standing on a glove will be sent upwards and may use the extra height to overcome the section entirely. It is possible to take the icy side walkways if one wishes to avoid the gloves.

Tundrarunpunchinggloves

When the players jump on the boxes in Tundra Run, a Punching Glove can come out and punch them upwards.

In Fall Guys Creative, Punching Gloves cost 15 budget. They can only extend partially.

Box Party[]

Box Party has two Punching Gloves which are designed as a trap for players who grab the Rubber Chicken Power-Up from the onset. These launch players into the air from the white and blue platforms, potentially into the void in the centre of the arena.

Bubblegum Brew[]

In Bubblegum Brew, there is one diagonally-placed Punching Glove in the lower corner of the arena. Players can push bubblegum balls into the adjacent divot so that the former can be launched into the cauldron.

Gold Rush/Winter Gold Rush[]

Four Punching Gloves can be found in the center of the arena in Gold Rush and Winter Gold Rush. They come out of gray/white circular holes, and may knock players into a block to more easily break it.

Clumsy Carnival[]

Clumsy Carnival prominently features Trapezes for transport, but players who miss them can instead use one of three Punching Gloves at the start of the course, allowing them to continue.

Clumsy Caverns/Winter Clumsy Caverns[]

In the second section of Clumsy Caverns and Winter Clumsy Caverns, a single Punching Glove can be found in the purple/hot pink slime.

Tea Time[]

Punching Gloves are present in Tea Time with the purpose of launching players up taller walls. They are present before the first checkpoint to the left and right, and appear again to recover players if they fall off the cookie platforms afterwards.

Top of the Trash[]

Top of the Trash features many Punching Gloves in its blue section (as well as two in the bottom part of the pink section), simultaneously benefiting players by launching them upwards, or providing an extra challenge by pushing them off the trash heap. Regardless of situation, these obstacles are dangerous and complicate a relatively easy path to the Scoring Zone.

At the bottom part of the pink section, miniature Punching Gloves lie dormant as decorations.

Treasure Trove/Valentine's Treasure Trove[]

Two relatively large Punching Gloves can be found in Treasure Trove and Valentine's Treasure Trove. They are in the floor of the arena's inner left corner.

Trick or Trapeze[]

Trick or Trapeze slows players down by including various Punching Gloves on the top section of the course. It is advised to use the lower section while the slime is down, as these Punching Gloves act as walls to block players from continuing.
