Mind The Gap is one of the Creative levels in Fall Guys. It is a gauntlet-like COURSE level and was first introduced in the Scrapyard Stumble Update.

Course description[]

Mind The Gap is a Scrapyard-themed level which revolves around jumping over small gaps in the ground, hence its name. Along the way, there are purple Padded Blocks that have been flattened, given physics, and arranged to form see-saws and bridges. Players must also be wary of red destructible objects that take three hits to break.

Unlike most COURSE levels, it takes place entirely over slime.

Course layout[]

Players begin on an elevated Start Line. In front, there are three purple blocks that lead to small rows of platforms, half of which are destructible. These can be used to drop down to the next section early.

The next section is at regular height and features three alternate paths. The side paths feature Slime Floors, one of which has a Barrel pouring slime onto it. The left path features two red blocks, while the right has a purple one. The center path features a purple block, held up by four green Padded Beams, in front of a Drum. Players can use the Drum to land on a red block and reach the part where the three paths converge. Then, they must jump over three gaps occupied by purple blocks arranged like see-saws.

In the third section, players can cross to a circular platform by via either a blue Padded Block or a purple one. After this platform, the path splits into three again. Players must run across narrow platforms, and there is a Checkpoint in the middle of each path. The middle path is sloped upwards and is more narrow than the others. It features a two Pendulums held by Cranes, two Drums on the outsides of the path, red blocks, and more purple blocks than the other two paths.

The three paths eventually converge at the beginning of the final section, which features many gaps between small platforms. Many of these platforms are red blocks held to other platforms via small yellow beams. Five purple blocks arranged to form see-saws are present, as well as two Pendulums held by Plungebots in the middle and four Drums at the sides of the level that subtly point towards the Finish Line.

Course strategy[]

The middle paths are often riskier but faster than the side ones, especially when using Drums. Players should also avoid purple and red blocks for the most part, especially the larger ones.
