Medal Icons are small icons of the levels in Fall Guys.
Medals[]
The Medal Icons are all placed on top of actual medals, they signify which place you got during a certain level.

Trivia[]
- When completing a level in Explore or Creator Spotlight, the medal uses the
Block Party icon.
- Unlike Splash Images, Medal Icons have never changed appearance.
Wall Guys did have a beta Medal Icon, but this icon was never used in the actual game.
Team Tail Tag has an unused Medal Icon, as it currently uses the same icon as
Tail Tag.
- It used to use the same icon as
Block Party, but this was changed at the start of Season 2 (Legacy).
- It is unknown why Team Tail Tag never used its designated Medal Icon.
- It used to use the same icon as
Blast Ball,
Hex-A-Ring,
Hex-A-Terrestrial and
Kraken Slam are the only Finals to not have a Crown in their medal icons.
- Season 1 and Season 3 are the only seasons to have Fall Guys in all of their medal icons.
- A lot of the medal icons have inconsistencies in their medal icons:
Block Party still uses its beta design for the walls.
Bubble Trouble uses a Season 1 (Legacy)-version of the Rotating Wall, even though a Season 5 (Legacy)-version exists.
Button Bashers uses a cylindrical pole instead of the cubic one in-game.
Dizzy Heights still uses its beta design for the Spinning Plate.
Frantic Factory uses a Season 4 (Legacy)-version of the Button, even though a Season 2-version exists.
Hex-A-Ring uses a Hex-a-tile color that isn't used in the level (purple).
Jump Showdown uses a multi-colored bar.
Party Promenade uses a pink version of the Cannon, even though only cream-coloured ones appear in said level.
Pixel Painters uses a 6-wide screen, even though a 7-wide screen is used in-game.
Power Trip still uses one of the old designs on the tiles and the Battery, this one being the robot instead of the rocket seen in-game.
Rock 'n' Roll uses a ball color that isn't one of the Team colors.
See Saw uses a see-saw with an upside-down midpoint.
Jump Club and
Royal Fumble have Emotes depicting their medal icons, those being the Neener Emote and Beefy Emote respectively.
