A gentle wind blows over the scene as the Fall Guy tries to fly a kite without success. The wind picks up allowing the kite to fly as the Fall Guy struggles to control it with the reel. The wind gets even stronger, and blows the Fall Guy off the plinth, still holding the kite reel.
