Hover Platforms, also known as Hoverboards or Moving Platforms, are obstacles in Fall Guys. They were first introduced in Season 4 (Legacy).
Obstacle description[]
Hover Platforms are square platforms (except for the hoverboards in Hoverboard Heroes and
Hyperdrive Heroes) which move from one point to another. If placed horizontally, they serve to transport players across different parts of the map. If placed vertically, they serve as obstacles. They can move horizontally, vertically, or sometimes they can have a more complex movement through different axes, like the ones in
Space Race. They were heavily featured as a "new" obstacle in Season 2, but a different looking one that functioned for the same purpose was introduced back in Season 4 (Legacy), in
Roll On, as well as the Hoverboard Heroes hoverboard.
Compared to Moving Blocks, Hover Platforms are thinner, square-shaped (except for hoverboard-type levels), can move in different directions, and are mostly used to transport players (except when placed vertically), while Moving Blocks are thicker, rectangular or cylindrical, always move horizontally (or around an axis in the case of cylinders), and are usually used to block players rather than transport them (although there are exceptions like the moving blocks in Lost Temple and the cylinders in Roll levels), as well as frequently coming out from inside a wall.
Cosmic Highway[]
Cosmic Highway is almost completely comprised of sideways-moving Hover Platforms, with checkpoints placed in between sections. Some platforms are empty, while others have obstacles such as Thrusters, Bumpers, and Conveyor Belts. The final section is comprised of circular platforms with either donut bumpers or ion thrusters. There is also occasionally a platform with a hole in the middle and a Drum hovering beneath it.

Freezy Peak[]
A Season 2-exclusive variation of Freezy Peak featured a Log with Thrusters and Hover Platforms that the players must use to reach the next section. Besides these, there were also some vertically-placed ones at the spiral mountain section.

Hoopsie Daisy[]
A Season 2-exclusive variation of Hoopsie Daisy featured a vertically-moving Hover Platform between the ramps on both sides, that serves as an elevator to help players reach the Hex-a-tiles above.

Hoverboard Heroes[]
Most of Hoverboard Heroes takes place atop a Hover Platform (the titular hoverboard). Besides that, a Season 2 variation also introduced small vertically-moving Hover Platforms in the area that would normally have a low-gravity zone.

Hyperdrive Heroes[]
Most of Hyperdrive Heroes takes place atop a Hover Platform (a hoverboard). It moves in a circular path before tilting upwards and going straight.

Party Promenade[]
A Season 2-exclusive variation of Party Promenade featured some vertically-placed Hover Platforms at the end, replacing the Pivot Platforms.

Roll On[]
Roll On has a large Moving Platform bridging the final rotating rings to the finish line. This was the first level to utilize this obstacle, despite it looking different and larger than the ones introduced in Season 2.

Space Race[]
There are a lot of Hover Platforms in Space Race. There are 10 platforms in the Low-Gravity Zone after the Trolley Bots. After the Hex-a-tle-section, an entire section of Hover Platforms can be found, where players can choose to take an easier path with 8 Hover Platforms that move up and down, or choose for a thin section where players need to follow a platform into a Vacuum Tube. There are also 5 Hover Platforms at the top path at the end of the level.

Tail Tag[]
In the Season 2 variation of Tail Tag, a Hover Platform can be near the wall in the back of the level, this will bring you to the Hex-a-tile-section above the main flooring.

The Whirlygig[]
In the Season 2 variation, a few Hover Platforms can be found near the end of The Whirlygig. The 2 near the Conveyor Belts are there to stop beans, and the ones behind the conveyer is there to aid beans.

Tip Toe Finale[]
Tip Toe Finale has the tile board divided into two parts in Squads (or three parts in Duos), separated by gaps, and features two sets of Hover Platforms to transport players over the gaps.

Tundra Run[]
