~ Reveal Announcement (20 September 2022) |
Frantic Factory is one of the levels in Fall Guys. It is a POINTS level and was first introduced in Season 2.
Course description[ | ]
Standard version[ | ]
This map takes place on a big, complex factory. The map is big and slightly hard to navigate. Similar to Button Bashers, you have to push 5 golden buttons around the map to qualify. In Solo Show, you just have to collect 5 points, while in squads you have to collect 20. The golden buttons are pretty rare, and everyone will be going for them, so look out for that. Most of the buttons are carried by Trolley Bots.
There are also green buttons. The green buttons do nothing, but can be changed to a golden one if another golden button gets pressed. There are even Lily Pad buttons that boost you upward high, which can help you to get to a golden button before anyone else. But the tricky part is that there is a tunnel on the belt that fall guys can't enter, but buttons can. Most golden buttons can be seen slowly moving in the tunnels, and most people wait at the exit, so beware of that.
If a button colour, either it be a green, golden or lily pad, moves across the top conveyor without being hit, the top will slowly fall off and glide to another button (without a top) below. This is also how there is golden buttons below.
The map is large and has different sections that get higher.
First section[ | ]
The first section is located on the floor. The floor section has some Buttons that move on Conveyor Belts, but most of the buttons are on the floor. There is also a Gravity Zone that can help you get to the second layer.
Second section[ | ]
The second section consists of mostly just a winding conveyor belt with buttons moving with it. There are also some buttons on the angles of the conveyors that do not move. Around the side of the map, there is another conveyor with buttons. Some of the conveyors are covered with a gravity zone, while other have tunnels above it where only buttons can get inside.
Warped Frantic Factory[ | ]
In this version of Frantic Factory:
- A few wormholes located in strategic places all lead to the control room with a few buttons (located on trolley bots) to press. (This control room is present in the normal version, but without wormholes, it is inaccessible.)
Course strategy[ | ]
Playing aggresive can be the key way to qualify. Note that a lot of players can qualify at the same time, as the map is big and is full of buttons. Make sure you tilt your camera so you are looking at a number of buttons; either golden ones or green ones. Use the lily pads to get to golden buttons faster than anyone else. Make sure you hit right in the middle of the button, or it will not register. Use dive from above to land right in the middle of a lower button while others are trying to walk on it.
Grabbing can be useful when a button is coming and a number of players are waiting; use grab to push them away right before the button gets there, or use a lily pad to bounce in mid-air to land on the button quicker.
Medal thresholds[ | ]
- Gold - First place
- Silver - Top 20% of players in the lobby
- Bronze - Top 50% of players in the lobby
- Pink - Qualified, but outside of the top 50%
- No medal - Eliminated
