Disambiguation
This page is about Falling Platforms, which is slightly different to Tiles. For said page, see Tile.

A Falling Platform is a obstacle in Fall Guys, first introduced in Beta (25 July 2020).

Obstacle description[]

Falling Platforms are normally big tiles that the player can walk and jump on, acting like normal floor. But after a certain amount of time, it shakes and eventually fall into Slime. If you are standing on the platform when it shakes, your screen jitters for a bit, until it falls. These can be used to thin out the players, make the map smaller or just be a pain to cross.

Blast Ball[]

In Blast Ball, the floor consists of just falling platforms. Players battle it out standing over falling blocks. The blocks start to fall, pushing the players together and closer to the Blast Ball (Obstacle)'s explosions. If you fall, you get eliminated.

Jump Showdown[]

Jump Showdown consists of a ring of big falling platforms. They start to slowly fall, making it harder for players to jump over the bar. Strangely, the last 2 platforms stay forever. Random blocks can fall, so the last platforms can either be right next to each other, or wide apart.

Splash Jump Showdown

In the splash image, we can see a player jumping as a platform falls behind him.
