The Fall and Fantasy Update, also known as the 11.6 update, was a major update that released on 4 February 2025 and ended on 1 April 2025. It proceeded the Winter Update and was succeeded by the Ranked Knockout Update.

This update is focused on Fantasy and Medieval themeing with it coming the Slime Caves skybox, many fantasy themed decorations and music, including the Of Fables and Falling level soundtrack and a new Everybody Falls main menu theme. 5 Mediatonic made levels were also added to Knockout, and 3 of these levels are Valentine Themed and are also present in the seperate Fallentines Festival game mode. The Slime Cave background has also replaced the Winter background in the main menu.

The Hearts & Hugs Live Event and the more challenging Fallentines Mastery Challenge Event both started at the beginning of this update. Ranked Knockout was announced to be released in the next update.

The Fame Pass February '25 released alongside this update.

On 13 March 2025, 11.6.1 released containing bug fixes and a new voice chat reporting system.

New Levels

The following dragon themed levels have been added to Knockout in this update, with Valentine-themed variants of certain levels that can be found in the Fallentines Festival game mode.

Changes to Fall Guys Creative

The following additions were introducted in Creative during the Fall and Fantasy Update:

• The Festival and Slime Cave skyboxes.
• The new Of Fables and Falling song in the Soundtrack menu, fitting for the Fantasy theme.
• 5 new Stickers were added, those being: Banner, Swirl, Drip, Fluff, Crown.
• Decorative Objects were added, including Gems, Rocks, Pillar, Statue, Chest Bottom & Top, and Torch, fitting for the Fantasy theme.

Miscellaneous Changes

The Slime Cave Background, with 𝓢𝓵𝓲𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓸𝓻𝓻𝓸𝓰, 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓑𝓵𝓾𝓷𝓭𝓮𝓻𝓯𝓾𝓵 in the background.

• The Slime Cave 3D Lobby Background has replaced the Winter Background in this update.
• A new Fantasy-themed Everybody Falls has replaced Everybody Falls (Chill Mix).
• Crown Ranks can now be displayed in-game.
• Various new jingles have been added during round loading and qualification screens to accommodate for the Fantasy theme
• Big Fans, Knight Fever and Roll On added to the roundpool of Time Attack Shuffle.
• A player's name will turn golden after completing the Fame Pass.
• 13 new levels were added to the Crown Rank, marking the first time since Season 1 that new levels were added to the end of the Rank.

Voice Chat Update

On March 13, a new update referred to as the "Voice Chat Update" (version 11.6.1) was released as part of the Fall and Fantasy Update. This release introduced some improvements:

• Players can now report others using the new Voice Reporting System and using evidence from the last five minutes of their voice chat recordings. This system features two recording modes: "Always On" and "Off When Possible."
• A "Report Conversation" button has been added to the Party Menu.
• Various bug fixes and further enhancements have been implemented.

Notes

• The 'dragon' in the background of the Slime Cave skybox is officially named "𝓢𝓵𝓲𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓸𝓻𝓻𝓸𝓰, 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓑𝓵𝓾𝓷𝓭𝓮𝓻𝓯𝓾𝓵".
• This is the first update ever to change the round loading screen and qualification screen music, with those being untouched since Fall Guys released back in 4 August 2020.
• Ranked Knockout was immediately announced after this update released after many rumours and leaks about said mode.
• The Festival Skybox is the second skybox ever not to be flattened on a 2d wall. It is similar one that most Season 6 (Legacy) levels use, albeit with some elements moved around.
• The official key art for this update has been translated into several languages on the official Fall Guys X (Twitter) profiles, which is different from the November '24 Update.
• Starchart was actually fixed in this update, which means that it could return soon.
• The Voice Reporting system on accounts belonging to underage players is always set to "Always On" mode for safety reasons.
