Only a single round of Royal Fumble occurs, with 24 players and with a 1:40 time limit instead of the standard 1:30.

- If the playlist name isn't a dead giveaway, this playlist was a joke playlist created for April Fool's Day.
- The show icon incorrectly shows Tail Tag instead of Royal Fumble.
- The in-game description plays on the fact that when Pegwin Pursuit and Wall Guys were first released on their respective seasons, <sprite=6> was shown as a bug instead of your grab key/button.
- The description says "40 FALL GUYS", despite requiring only 24 players to start.
- Despite Royal Fumble supporting the least players out of all finals, ERROR 01APR's Royal Fumble was the largest amount of players in a single final, excluding bugs.
- Although a bug, this was surpassed by Royal Fumble in Beasty Guys, with 40-42 players in Royal Fumble.
