The Cuphead Costume is a crossover costume from its namesake game, modeled after the titular character. It shares its name with the Cuphead Emote.

- This costume, along with the Mugman Costume and Cuphead Emote, was given early to selected streamers.[1]
- It first joined the Featured Store on 24 February 2021.[2]
- The costume was also available again for 24 hours in the Featured Items rotating pool on 28 December 2021 during the first instance of Guestravaganza.
