Challenge Strategy[]

As these events are long over, this section is merely for historical purposes.

First Appearance[]

150/5 results in an average of 30 rounds per day for all rewards, meaning 30 games a day on average in the worst case scenario (with 1 round per game). Of course, reaching the final consistently will cut down the number of games required.

Second Appearance[]

As these challenges are repeatable, just play how you normally do. Notably, the challenge requiring you to reach the final round is not successfully completed if you reach a Team final, so keep that in mind when deciding which mode to play.

Third Appearance[]

The challenges and rewards of this instance are identical to the first appearance, but with 9 extra days, you get more time to complete them. 150/14 results in an average of about 11 rounds per day, meaning 11 games a day on average in the worst case scenario (if you were to only play 1 round per game). However, playing all the way through games will be quicker and easier, and consistent finals means more challenge progress.

Fourth Appearance[]

As the challenges and rewards of this instance are identical to the second appearance, the strategies for this event remain the same as the latter.

Fifth Appearance[]

The challenges and rewards of this instance are identical to the second and fourth appearances. However, the Fall Guys landscape has changed massively since then - with the existence of the multi-winner single-round Creative round playlists (which count both for reaching the final round and for winning a show), this makes farming crown shards incredibly lucrative. If you wish to earn more Fame, play the normal rounds; if you want to farm crown shards (and crowns in general), pick a single-round playlist that you can easily complete and play those over and over again for an easy 50 shards per qualification. Do note however that these are slated to be replaced by a new set of single-winner playlists on 6 June 2023, so farm while you still can.

Trivia[]

  • In the first instance of Crown Shard Scramble, the Play Any Round (40) challenge's reward was originally 1. This was fixed in a content update hours later which changed the challenge's reward to 50.
  • In the second instance of Crown Shard Scramble, the challenges originally didn't have "(Repeatable)" at the end of their names, misleading many players about the duration of the event. This was changed in a content update hours later which added "(Repeatable)" to the names.
